Introducing Three Membership Drive Offers


To attract more visitors through the holiday season and make it a seamless process to become an ATTC member, we are launching three targeted membership promotions:


1. First-Time Visitor Public Offers


Makes a visit to ATTC straightforward and affordable for newcomers:


  • Free 1-Day Pass for local residents who have never been to the club

  • 3-Month Package Special: Only pay for the first 2-months, 3rd month is FREE!

    OR

  • 2-for-1 Partner Option: When two new players join together, both receive 50% off their first month of membership.



2. Local Business Community Promotion


A tailored initiative offering local Austin businesses and their employees a Free 1-Day Pass alongside special introductory membership rates to promote wellness, team building, company tournaments and lunchtime or after-work recreation.



3. ATTC Member Referral Program


Our current members are our best advocates. To reward ATTC members who introduce friends, family, and colleagues to the club, we are launching a structured referral program:


  • Refer a Visitor: Bring a guest for their first visit—they receive a Free Day Pass, and the referring member receives an entry into a raffle for a free Butterfly shirt of their choice.


  • Refer a New Member: When a referred guest purchases a membership:

    • The new member receives their first month free ($0 upfront for Month 1).

    • The referring member receives one month free after the new member successfully completes 2 months of paid membership (Months 2 & 3).


Referral Reward Flow (Example at $70/month regular rate):


  • Month 1: New Member pays $0 | Referrer pays $70

  • Month 2: New Member pays $70 | Referrer pays $70

  • Month 3: New Member pays $70 | Referrer pays $0


Referral Pilot Guidelines: Referring members must hold an active membership, and referred individuals must be first-time ATTC members. Referrals must be registered via the online form prior to membership purchase.

While structured marketing helps, word-of-mouth has sustained Austin Table Tennis Club for over thirty years. Existing members understand the culture on the floor, the quality of our tables, and the friendly competitive spirit that makes ATTC unique.


By introducing these Holiday Season offers, we want to give our current members some tools to share the sport they love. Whether it's inviting a coworker for a day pass, bringing a family member, or introducing a practice partner to competitive play, your advocacy keeps our courts active and our community growing.
