ATTC Butterfly Late Summer Giant Round Robin Table Tennis Tournament in Austin, TX

The countdown has officially begun! On Saturday, August 22, 2026, the Austin Table Tennis Club is hosting an exciting end-of-summer event, the ATTC Butterfly Late Summer Giant Round Robin. This 1-day, 2-star USATT sanctioned tournament is open to all USATT members and unrated players alike.  

The club is looking forward to hosting top-tier competitors for this event. Division A features a $600 1st Place Prize, along with $400 for 2nd, $250 for 3rd, and $150 for 4th. Division B also offers cash prizes, including $150 for 1st, $125 for 2nd, $100 for 3rd, and $75 for 4th. Whether players are stepping up to the table to compete or spectators are coming down to watch spectacular rallies, the energy in the club is going to be electric.  

Something for Everyone

While the top divisions feature cash payouts, this tournament is designed to provide plenty of table time for all skill levels. The giant round robin format consists of two rounds of group play, guaranteeing action for everyone.  

• Cash Prize Events: Players who advance to the top divisions can test their skills for a payout, with Division A offering up to $600 and Division B offering up to $150.  

• Trophy Events: Competitors in Divisions C, D, and E will battle it out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies.  

• Format: All matches are best 3 out of 5 (11-point) games, progressing from initial round robin groups into a single-elimination crossover Final Round.  

Act Fast—Spots are Limited!

Because of the popular format and guaranteed matches, spots are expected to fill up quickly. The tournament is strictly capped at 84 players, so competitors shouldn't wait until the last minute.  

The entry deadline is August 20, 2026, but players will want to register and pay early to secure a spot. Please note that unpaid entries will be removed periodically to open up slots for other players, and mailed-in entry forms are not accepted.
